Position Summary
The Azure Data Engineer is a critical technical role within Nordic’s growing Data Services team, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade data pipelines and analytics solutions using the Microsoft Azure platform. This role supports strategic data initiatives that empower healthcare organizations to make informed decisions, optimize operations, and improve patient outcomes through cloud-based data architecture.
As a key member of the data engineering team, the Azure Data Engineer brings deep technical skills in data integration, transformation, and orchestration using tools such as Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Databricks, or MS SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). This individual collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable data solutions that align with client goals and enable healthcare transformation through digital innovation.
This role also reflects Nordic’s broader mission to elevate healthcare by putting people first—clients, colleagues, and patients. The candidate should be proactive, an exceptional communicator, client-focused, and passionate about building robust solutions that address complex data challenges in healthcare.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in data engineering, a solid understanding of healthcare data domains, and a strong sense of ownership and accountability. This is a permanent work-from-home (WFH) position operating on the night shift, with occasional onsite reporting to our Makati office as needed.
