        • About the role

          We’re looking for an Integration Engineer to lead client onboarding for Sardine’s fraud and compliance products. You’ll manage endtoend integrations, translate technical requirements into solutions, and ensure a smooth, successful deployment. This is a handson role working closely with clients and internal teams, perfect for someone who thrives in fastpaced environments and enjoys solving complex problems with practical, scalable solutions.

          What you’ll be doing

          • Lead implementation and integration efforts for fraud and compliance products

          • Work closely with clients and provide endtoend support during their onboarding process, setting our clients up for success

          • Own publicfacing SDKs, APIs, integration guides, and support documents

          • Analyze clients requirements from the technical and functional perspectives and design solutions by having a deep understanding of our system and products capabilities

          • Manage implementation projects, including monitoring project quality, managing timelines, mitigating risk, and driving deliverables

          • Build a deep understanding of customers business problems, technical requirements, and success criteria so that you can provide solutions utilizing Sardines technology

          • Provide product feedback to internal stakeholders as the eyes and ears on the ground


            • What you’ll need

              • 4+ years in technical roles (e.g., Integrations Engineer, QA Engineer, Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, Systems Analyst) with strong execution skills, integration and automation expertise, and experience working with multiple technical teams, both internal and external.

              • 2+ years of B2B SaaS experience working in the relevant domain (payment, fraud, risk, or compliance).

              • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical and business concepts to technical and nontechnical personas

              • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive deliverables to completion.

              • Experience with basic SQL querying and JSON payload analysis.

              • Experience with APIs specs like OpenAPI, web development, and writing scripts to build internal tools (e.g., bash scripting, Python, SQL, Ruby, Golang, Postman).

                • Compensation: Base pay range of $110,000 $150,000 USD 140,000 185,000 CAD + SeriesC Equity with tremendous upside potential + Attractive benefits

                  The compensation offered for this role will depend on various factors, including the candidates location, qualifications, work history, and interview performance, and may differ from the stated range.
