We’re looking for passionate individuals to support customers with their insurance service needs. This role is all about making a difference for customers while thriving in a dynamic and supportive environment.

📞 Contact Centre Customer Service Role  – Make a Difference!
📅 Full-time hours | Mon-Fri 9-5pm
🚀 Starting Sept 
🏢 Onsite in Clayton office
🎯 Help customers daily – Answer calls, emails & chats (50-60 per day)
📊 Achieve key metrics – Handling time, quality & customer satisfaction

What You’ll Do:
  • Help customers with private health insurance queries, from reordering member cards to payment updates.
  • Handle inbound calls and follow-up outbound calls with care and precision.
  • Address general questions about insurance services, ensuring customers feel supported and informed.
  • Possibility to cross-skill into web chats for those who are ready to expand their expertise.

 

What You Need

✔️ Full-time availability (Mon-Fri) – Visa holders must be eligible for full-time work
✔️ 6-12 months of recent call centre or high-volume phone-based experience
✔️ Customer centric mindset, you care about providing an A-class customer experience
✔️ Resilience & a can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment 
✔️ Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal
✔️ Professional references from previous employers
