Working hours: 1pm 9.30pm PH time

This is a one year contract

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts
  • Support in yearend audits for all entities across the group, liaising with auditors as required.
  • Support month end accounts receivable process including the generation and issuance of sales invoices
      • Prepare daily cash flow projections and monitor bank balances.
      • Conduct daily reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly
      • Provide support for the company’s travel booking system and ensure compliance with internal policies.
      • Process and monitor corporate expense claims in a timely and accurate manner
      • Process invoices, payments, and receipts, ensuring accurate financial records.
      • Support budget process and provide detailed analysis.
      • Assist with the preparation and submission of government returns (e.g., VAT) and Intrastat reports as required.
      • Maintain compliance with internal controls and company policies.
      • Provide adhoc financial and administrative support to the finance team.
      • Support on financerelated projects as required.
        • Requirements

          • Previous experience in a finance or accounts assistant role.
          • Good understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes.
          • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and confident using accounting software.
          • Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
          • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
          • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
          • Experience with SAP Hana an advantage
