Do you think in terms of digital strategies, lead with vision, and want to shape and scale a companys ecommerce sustainably? Then we are looking for you as Chief ECommerce Officer (mfd) to take our digital growth to the next level internationally.
Your mission:
Strategy & Growth: Shape and execute a company‑wide e‑commerce strategy that keeps Shopify and AmazonZalando at the heart of our digital business model.
Digital Sales Responsibility: Manage all online sales channels—prioritizing Shopify, AmazonZalando—to drive revenue, margin, and efficiency.
Customer Experience & Conversion: Optimize the digital customer journey across every touchpoint, from traffic generation to loyalty.
Leadership & Collaboration: Lead an interdisciplinary e‑commerce team and partner closely with IT, sales, logistics, product, and management.
Innovation & Market Monitoring: Spot trends, test new toolstechnologies, and roll out future‑focused initiatives.

What you should bring:
Degree in business administration, business informatics, or similar, plus solid e‑commerce experience.
Minimum 3 years of deep Shopify experience and proven success scaling brands on Amazon (Zalando experience a strong plus).
Must have lead a team. Strong team‑leadership and interpersonal abilities.
Must be detail oriented and have an eye for the Aesthetics of the content.
Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, KPI tracking, and reporting.
Demonstrated success in building and scaling digital sales channels.
High IT affinity and a continuous‑learning mindset.
