We are currently looking for a Manager, Loyalty Program to add to our dynamic team.

 

About the role
We’re looking for a loyalty expert to launch and manage a best in class loyalty program for RetailMeNot.com. This amazing opportunity will take ownership of the program set up, initiatives and long-term future to drive loyalty for one of America’s leading coupon and cashback sites. You’ll be part of our global customer team and join forces with our existing loyalty experts.
Customer focused and commercially driven, you will be an experienced loyalty specialist and leader with the ability to inspire creativity and drive enthusiasm in others to deliver business objectives. You will be able to make solid decisions based on data and insights and execute rapidly to successfully scale the company’s products that are right for our customers.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Leading new Loyalty Programme initiatives including: 
    • Creating and delivering a long-term vision of loyalty for RetailMeNot
    • Developing a game-changing proposition which will truly engage customers and drive repeat behaviours to increase LTV of our customer base
    • Deliver the launch of a new and continuously evolving loyalty program - creating a long term delivery plan that supports key business goals
    • Develop phases and iterations of the program to set us up for long-term commercial success
    • Leading on program analysis and building commercial models with support from financial planning teams to design commercially beneficial program propositions
    • Defining customer journeys and overseeing launches by working closely with our Product team
    • Overseeing integration plans with both internal and external systems to create the ultimate technical set up to facilitate our loyalty goals
    • Establish data, insights and reporting requirements that support the program, including keeping senior leaders abreast of performance updates
  • Creating and delivering program launch plans that incorporate various iterative improvement phases to meet business needs
  • Defining and setting up a multi-channel marketing plans including both tactical and triggered communications that will be delivered by various functions across the business
  • Embedding loyalty program into the business and all ways of working; tackling big challenges including our seasonal peaks
  • Focusing on long-term success of the loyalty program and leading on innovations and developments to meet both customer and business needs
  • Supporting Senior Leadership to shape the overall business strategy by driving the future of RetailMeNot’s loyalty proposition.
What we need from you:
● 3-5 years of loyalty program experience in an Ecommerce environment
● Experience in developing loyalty propositions from the ground up to meet business needs
● Experience working on consumer facing digital products 
● Experience in taking a project from inception to live, ongoing development and ongoing maintenance
● Project and stakeholder management at senior levels across a large business structure
● Customer-oriented approach with aptitude and passion for all things customer and data 
● Commercial experience and the ability to manage complex budgets and P&L
● A can-do attitude to get stuck in and work with stakeholders at every level across the business

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $100,000 to $125,000 + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
