Essential functions

  • Process payroll for clients
  • Under the guidance of senior HR consultants, provide a wide range of HR support to our clients including conducting research, providing recommendations, developing tools and templates
  • Prepare manuals, new forms, reports, or procedures for clients and/or internal use.
  • Keep timesheet and other tracking documents/databases such as Float and Zoho up to date.
  • Select qualified job applicants or refer them to clients, making hiring recommendations when appropriate.
  • Review employment applications to match applicants with job requirements.
  • Contact job applicants to inform them of the status of their applications.
  • Interview job applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, or job skills.
  • Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities.
  • Conduct cyber reviews, reference, or background checks on job applicants.
  • Submit project deliverables to clients, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Attend meetings, either virtually or in-person to meet with current clients.
  • Perform searches for qualified job candidates, using sources such as computer databases, networking, Internet recruiting resources, media advertisements, job fairs, recruiting firms, or employee referrals. 
  • Draft job rubrics, descriptions, and postings.
  • Schedule and prepare documents for Career Coaching sessions.
  • Track event/webinar attendance, updating databases as needed.
  • Conduct survey send-outs and data collection/consolidation.
  • Provide additional support on projects as needed.

Required experience, skills, knowledge, and education

  • High School Diploma: bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred but not required
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to come up to speed on new tasks quickly.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Other equivalent combinations of experience and education.

Work environment/Remote Work Eligible:

Physical Demands:

  • May occasionally require light to moderate lifting or carrying.

Travel Requirements:

  • Limited travel required for errands or off-site meetings.
