2.5+ years prior experience in marketing, advertising, or related fields with a passion for continuous growth. Proficiency in social media management tools, ad platforms, and analytics software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for crafting compelling content. Experience in curating and managing user-generated content, fostering community engagement. Strong research skills with the ability to analyze market trends, digital marketing innovations, and trade fair data. Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Core responsibilities:

Develop and execute organic social media campaigns that enhance brand visibility and engagement. Create and manage paid advertising initiatives across platforms to drive targeted traffic and conversions. Curate and leverage user-generated content to build authentic brand narratives and community trust. Research emerging marketing techniques, industry trends, and trade fair opportunities to inform strategy. Implement direct targeted outreach programs to connect with potential customers and strategic partners. Analyze campaign performance data for both organic and paid efforts, providing actionable insights for optimization. Coordinate campaign logistics including content creation, scheduling, asset management, and distribution.
