Core responsibilities:

  • Sorting and processing of supplier invoices (ISL) 
  • Assisting Accounts Payable Manager with accounts inbox management and with answering incoming accounts phone calls (internal and external queries) 
  • Assisting Accounts Payable Manager with payment batching Bank and credit card reconciliations 
  • Administrative support for the finance team Completion of supplier credit applications
  • Assisting the finance team to answer and respond to both internal and external payment queries 
  • Supplier statement reconciliation Retention record management 
  • Process staff reimbursements and track against project budgets as necessary
  • Processing of overhead invoices in collaboration with Finance Officer 
  • Prepare monthly client statutory declaration in collaboration with Finance Officer
