Description

Centurion is proud to be a leading provider of comprehensive healthcare services to correctional facilities, state hospitals, and community mental health centers nationwide.

We are currently seeking a fulltime Reporting Analyst to join our HR team. Salary starting at $85,000 depending on years of experience.



The Reporting Analyst is responsible for supporting operational and clinical contract requirements via data pipeline development and maintenance, report building, and dashboard creation.

  • Collect Data and compile reports (Power BIWordExcelPowerPoint)
  • Prepare narrative report graphs and charts
  • Use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and other applications
  • Follow designated chain of command for resolution of issues
  • Attend all staff meetings and inservice education programs, as required
  • Ensure compliance with all facility and Company policies, Federal and State laws, regulations, and guidelines including HIPAA
  • Coordinate care closely with security staff while maintaining a positive, collaborative relationship
  • Maintain ethical commitment to ensure confidentiality within the limits of a correctional environment  Understand and adhere to safety and security rules and regulations of the institution
  • Other duties as assigned
    • Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, informatics, public health, nursing, or a behavioralmental health discipline (Master’s Degree Preferred).
      • 3 + years of progressive, relevant experience
      • 3 + years SQL, R, andor Python experience
      • 3 + years BI Software experience (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, etc.)
