FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Annual Base Salary: $50,000-$55,000

Location: Hybrid - Must be available to work from our Philadelphia & Conshohocken Offices


Think is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Growth Operations Coordinator to support the reporting, operational, and administrative functions that enable our teams to move quickly and effectively. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, loves solving problems, and enjoys contributing to impactful projects that improve day-to-day operations across teams.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Admin Support 
  • Provide administrative support to sales operations, including scheduling, documentation, and internal coordination.
  • Help manage CRM data hygiene and support light sales enablement tasks.
  • Contribute to the preparation of proposals, internal decks, and other sales-related materials
  • Create target lists 
    • Compile, curate and migrate lists from contact data bases to LinkedIn and Hubspot
  • Manages event coordination for in person and virtual business development and networking events
    • Scheduling 
    • Attendee management 
    • Office preparation 
    • Event execution 
    • Event follow-up 
 Project & Initiative Support
  • Assist in coordinating internal projects and initiatives, ensuring milestones are tracked and timelines are met.
  • Facilitate project documentation, updates, and internal communications between teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to help keep initiatives on track and aligned with strategic goals.
  • Monthly update on how content from competitors is evolving 
  • Status reporting
Reporting & Analytics Support
  • Help run, maintain, and distribute recurring reports across growth and marketing teams.
  • Ensure data accuracy and report consistency by collaborating with analytics and operations stakeholders.
  • Support the development reporting requests to inform decision-making.
  • Creating and maintaining reports (campaigns)
Process Development & Optimization
  • Help maintain, optimize, and document internal workflows and operational processes.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements.
  • Support the adoption of new tools or practices aimed at improving operational efficiency and collaboration.
     
What You Bring
  • 2–3 years of professional experience, including at least 1 year in project coordination or operational support roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative working style.
  • Familiarity with marketing environments is preferred but not required.
  • Must be proficient in excel/google sheets: i.e pivot tables & formulas
  • Comfort and willingness to adapt to AI to execute these job requirements
  • Tech-savvy, preferably with comfort using:
    • MacOS

Salary Description
