This is a remote position.

Specialist.PH is looking for a talented and data-driven Google Ads Specialist with Meta Ads experience. You will manage high-performing ad campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and work closely with clients to achieve measurable results. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on numbers, enjoys problem-solving, and can deliver strong ROI.

What will you do…

Develop and execute effective Google Ads campaigns.
Conduct detailed keyword research and competitor analysis to target the right audience.
Manage campaign budgets and bidding strategies for maximum ROI.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to improve performance.
Collaborate with clients to understand goals and target markets.
Create clear, data-based reports that track clicks, conversions, and ROI.
Support additional ad channels, including Meta Ads and Local Services Ads (training provided).

Requirements

You might be the one we’re looking for if you have…

At least 2 years of experience in Google Ads
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads campaigns.
Willingness to learn Local Services Ads.
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken (English)
Comfortable talking to clients on the phone

A keen eye for detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Can work in US Time Zone (graveyard shift in PH time or at least overlap US time zones by 4 hours)
