Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee recruitment processes from start to finish, ensuring top candidates are hired.
  • Develop and enforce HR policies compliant with employment laws domestically and internationally.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive company culture by addressing employee concerns and promoting engagement.
  • Manage performance appraisal systems, training programs, and HR operations including compensation and benefits.
