Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Manager to lead our HR functions and drive the talent and culture strategy at Optimum7. This pivotal role will focus on cultivating a thriving workplace environment, managing recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with international and domestic employment laws.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Oversee endtoend recruitment processes, ensuring toptier candidates are identified, assessed, and onboarded.

HR Policy Development: Create and enforce HR policies, ensuring compliance with employment regulations in the U.S. and internationally.

Employee Relations: Foster a supportive and inclusive company culture by addressing employee concerns, mediating conflicts, and promoting engagement initiatives.

Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to drive accountability and professional growth.

Training & Development: Design and oversee training programs to enhance employee skills and align with organizational goals.

HR Operations: Manage compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and compliance with international employment standards.

Collaboration: Partner with crossfunctional teams, including Finance and Operations, to streamline onboarding, background checks, and compliance processes.
