Job description

POSITION DESCRIPTION

The National Account Support role plays a vital part in supporting the National Account management team to deliver exceptional service, datadriven insights, and efficient execution across our key partners. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fastpaced environment, has strong attention to detail, and is passionate about bringing structure and support to complex customer relationships.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Range review support: prepare data packs, samples, and presentation materials for customer range reviews and planning sessions.
  • New Line Forms (NLF’s): Complete and submit new line forms for key accounts with accurate and timely information.
  • Market Research & Competitor Benchmarking: Conduct regular competitor analysis, including pricing, and product positioning.
  • Key Account Reporting: Generate reports including POS data, product performance, conference material, and product penetration analysis.
  • ADHOC Campaign Management: Coordinate execution and performance tracking of limitedtime promotions.
  • National Account Marketing Integration: Coordinate delivery of aligned marketing materials, including product assets, written content, and digital files tailored for account use.

    • SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

      • Previous experience in account support, sales administration, or customer service (ideally in retail or FMCG.
      • High proficiency in Power BI Reporting
      • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and relevant ERP or CRM systems such as NetSuite.
      • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
      • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
      • Confident communicator with a customerfirst mindset.
      • Experience working crossfunctionally with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams.
      • People oriented and results driven
      • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
      • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
      • Effective relationship building, networking and influencing skills
      • Excellent communications skills – written, verbal and interpersonal with an ability to tailor communication style to diverse audiences
      • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
      • Ability to prioritise tasks and to delegate them when appropriate

      • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

        • The candidate must be based in the Philippines.

          Duty schedule: Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM AEST
