      Job Description

      This is an exciting opportunity to join the real estate industry as an Outbound Caller specializing in lead nurturing and client reengagement. You’ll be connecting with previous clients who have an established relationship with the agency, helping them stay informed about current property values and market opportunities. This role offers excellent potential for skill development in sales and customer relationship management while working with warm leads in the fastpaced real estate sector. You’ll play a crucial role in helping property owners understand their real estate opportunities and connecting them with valuable appraisal services.

      Responsibilities
      • Make outbound calls to previous appraisal clients using the Rex CRM database
      • Follow provided scripts to offer complimentary property appraisals and market updates
      • Update CRM records with detailed call outcomes, client responses, and followup scheduling
      • Coordinate and schedule property appraisal appointments directly into the director’s calendar
      • Set appropriate callback reminders based on client preferences (3 weeks, 6 months, etc.)
      • Participate in weekly training sessions and receive ongoing coaching from the agency director
      • Handle basic client questions and objections about property appraisals professionally
      • Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions and outcomes
      • Potential opportunity to expand into cold calling new prospects as the role develops

        • Requirements
          • Previous experience in outbound calling, with real estate experience highly preferred
          • Excellent English communication skills suitable for the Australian market
          • Comfortable working with CRM systems (Rex software experience is a plus)
          • Ability to follow scripts while maintaining natural, engaging conversation flow
          • Professional phone manner with strong customer service orientation
          • Reliable highspeed internet connection and quiet, professional work environment
          • Flexibility to work during Australian business hours
          • Basic computer proficiency for CRM navigation and appointment scheduling
