Role: Senior SalesEquity Consultant

Team: Startups

Location: Remote working (UK based)

Salary: up to £40k depending on experience, plus bonus, equity and benefits

Hours: FullTime 37.5 hours per week

The role

We are looking for individuals who are not only passionate about our mission but also comfortable and confident using cuttingedge technologies and AI tools, to streamline processes, drive innovation, and contribute to the growth of Vestd.

As part of the Startups Team, you’ll help earlystage businesses set up equity schemes that support growth, retention, and longterm success. Equity is often new territory for founders, and you’ll play a consultative role—guiding them through complex decisions with clarity and care.

Your work will be pivotal in helping these startups get investmentready, attract top talent, and retain their key people through effective equity planning.
