About The Role

As a Salesforce Consultant you'll use your knowledge of the Salesforce platform to Define, Design & Build & Deploy best-in-class functionality for customers, ensuring that what's developed maximises the potential of standard features, while ensuring customisation is completed in a way which is "low-code" but high-quality.

You'll be confident leading client-facing meetings and workshops from requirements gathering through to demonstrations.

About You

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

An excellent understanding of Salesforce functionality
Experience gained from a range of projects (ideally 100+ users)
One or more "Consultant" level Certifications (I.e Sales Cloud Consultant and/or Service Cloud Consultant)
A knowledge of Agile working practices, in particular Scrum
A knowledge of Jira & Confluence
That you are comfortable communicating technical issues in clear, easy to understand everyday language.
The ability to solve complex problems, and to concisely summarise and share findings.
Capable of viewing both the big picture and small details of a situation.
Accomplished communicator, through written, verbal and presentation skills.
A friendly, customer focussed attitude.
Ability to work successfully as part of a team with a diverse range of interests and backgrounds.
The ability to take initiative and a motivation to progress your career.
A technical aptitude, and clear interest in technology.
Preferred experience with Salesforce Energy & Utilities Cloud
