LLM Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative LLMAI Developer to design, develop, and implement AIdriven solutions leveraging stateoftheart Generative AI and LLM frameworks. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify use cases, deploy AI solutions, and ensure alignment with business goals while adhering to ethical and regulatory standards.

• Ensure AI solutions are designed with fairness, transparency, and adherence to ethical guidelines and industry regulations.
• • Model Development & Optimization :
    • Design, finetune, and implement stateoftheart LLMs to solve business challenges.
    • Optimize existing models for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
    • Explore and apply transfer learning and reinforcement learning techniques.
    • • AI Solution Deployment :
        • Integrate LLMs into systems and workflows to enhance decisionmaking, automate processes, and support client services.
        • Collaborate with software engineers to ensure seamless deployment and integration into production environments.
        • • Innovation & Experimentation :
            • Research and experiment with emerging AI technologies, tools, and architectures to maintain a competitive edge.
            • Propose and prototype innovative applications for LLMs within the context of financial services.
            • • Data Management & Processing :
                • Collaborate with data teams to prepare and preprocess datasets for training and evaluation.
                • Ensure data quality, integrity, and security compliance during model development.

                      • • Who Are You?

                          • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related fields.
                          • 46 years of experience in frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) and LLM platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face).
                          • Handson experience in developing, finetuning, and deploying LLMs and NLP models.
                          • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with REST APIs for AI integration.
                          • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
                          • Familiarity with financial services or related industries is a plus.
                          • Strong understanding of data ethics, AI regulations, and security considerations.

                          • Preferred Skills

                            • Experience in using AI to solve challenges specific to financial services (e.g., portfolio management, fraud detection, client communication).
                            • Expertise in prompt engineering and iterative development for LLMs.
                            • Familiarity with data engineering concepts (e.g., ETL pipelines, databases).
