Job description

Rockstar is recruiting for a fastgrowing ecommerce holding company generating $20Myear in revenue across multiple brands in skincare and supplements. This client is on a mission to scale to $100M and is seeking a worldclass Head of Growth to lead the way. The company operates multiple DTC and Amazon brands and is known for its ambitious growth targets and highperforming team.

This is a rare opportunity for a performancedriven, systemsoriented growth leader to step into a highimpact leadership role with massive upside. The Head of Growth will own the full growth strategy—across Amazon, Shopify, and new channels—and build the engine that scales the brand portfolio 5x.

Your Mission

Build and lead the performance marketing engine that takes the company from $20M to $100M in revenue across DTC and Amazon channels.

Key Outcomes

In the first 12 months, the Head of Growth will be expected to:

Step in and manage an 8 person team

Build the systems and strategy to set the company on a path towards $100M revenue

Own and manage 8figure advertising budgets across Amazon, Meta, Google, and emerging channels

Build and lead a team of channel specialists, creatives, analysts, and vendors

Develop fullfunnel systems to acquire, retain, and grow highLTV customers

Continuously optimize CAC, CVR, TACOS, and LTV through creative testing, landing page optimization, and smart media buying

Drive Amazon growth from $1Mmonth to $3Mmonth in 8 months, maintaining ≤20% TACOS

Establish reporting systems that give leadership complete clarity on growth KPIs and channel performance

What You Bring

Proven track record of managing $10M+ annual ad spend for ecommerce brands (Amazon & MetaGoogle required)

Growth leadership experience in a 7 to 9figure DTC ecommerce company

Strong strategic thinking and deep tactical chops in performance marketing, CRO, and analytics

Experience hiring and managing a team of at least 5+ peopleå

Expertise in Amazon PPC and Seller Central—comfortable working with bulk sheets, managing thousands of campaigns, and leading seasonal event pushes

Strong systems mindset: experience building dashboards, automated reports, SOPs, and processes to scale teams and performance

Datadriven operator: ability to synthesize the signal from the noise and make fast, informed decisions

Comfort using tools like Google Sheets, Asana, Notion, Miro, etc.å
