· Monitor crop conditions to estimate harvest dates, yields, and overall quality. Provide regular, concise updates to senior management.

· Verify that growers maintain accurate records of chemical and fertilizer applications in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

· Track key production metrics such as acres harvested, remaining acres, yield trends, and size intake vs. targets. Compile and share internal reports using spreadsheets and reporting tools.

· Conduct periodic size and quality checks at grading facilities to ensure compliance with specifications.

· Perform physical crop inspections and advise growers on fungicide application timing, harvest readiness, and field quality. Support growers to optimize crop health and product quality.

· Collaborate with the Crop Distribution Manager to determine shipping destinations. Coordinate with trucking companies and receiving facilities to ensure compatibility with equipment and logistics capabilities.

· Perform all other duties as assigned.
