This Ecommerce Assistant position offers an exciting opportunity to manage the complete product lifecycle in a cuttingedge cannabis distribution operation. You’ll work with specialized industry software to ensure seamless product flow from inventory management through to live website publication, playing a crucial role in maintaining compliance standards while supporting business growth. Responsibilities

Create and manage product listings on the company’s ecommerce website with precision and attention to detail

Enter and process purchase orders through integrated ecommerce systems to maintain smooth operations

Monitor products through the complete threesystem workflow from initial inventory entry to live website publication

Master and operate specialized cannabis industry software including Greenline inventory management, SmartSuite project coordination, and WooCommerce ecommerce platform

Ensure all compliance requirements are met throughout the product management process in this highly regulated industry

Maintain accurate product information and inventory data across multiple integrated platforms

Support the company’s operational excellence during an exciting period of warehouse expansion and growth

Requirements

Proven ecommerce experience with demonstrated success in product management and online operations

Strong work ethic with exceptional responsiveness, intelligence, and problemsolving abilities

Experience with or strong aptitude for learning specialized inventory management and ecommerce systems

Familiarity with WooCommerce, SmartSuite, or similar platforms (training provided for cannabisspecific systems)

Availability to work fulltime during Canadian business hours in a remote environment

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, essential for compliancesensitive work in the cannabis industry

Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards and meeting tight deadlines
