Since launching our flagship system Aquablu REFILL in 2023, we’ve grown 300%+ yearoveryear, expanded to 16 countries, and were named the Fastest Growing Tech Company in Health & Wellness in the Netherlands. Now, we’re ready to take that growth to the next level, we’re looking for a Channel Sales Manager to lead the charge in the DACH region. You’ll be the goto person in the DACH region, but you’ll never feel alone. You’ll have direct contact with Marc (our CoFounder & CCO), collaborate with other Channel Sales Managers, and engage daily with a steady network of partners.


How you’ll make an impact as Channel Sales Manager (DACH)

Simple: you’ll be the one who builds and leads our local partner ecosystem from scratch. You’ll activate new dealers, grow existing accounts, and steer regional strategy through data and market insights. It’s a role for someone who’s equal parts operator, hunter and strategist. This isn’t about maintaining. It’s about growing something that doesn’t exist yet and owning every step of the way. You’ll report directly to our Cofounder & CCO (Marc), work closely with Partner Managers across Europe, and become the face of Aquablu in the DACH region.


What you’ll be doing
  • Build a highperforming partner network.
    You’ll identify, onboard, and train new resellers and dealers starting with Germany, and later Austria, and Switzerland, while serving as the goto contact for all local partners. With a strong focus on enablement and relationship building, you’ll empower them to sell and scale with confidence.

  • Grow the business
    You’ll close strategic partnerships and uncover untapped opportunities in the market, driving expansion across regions, verticals, and customer segments. Along the way, you’ll keep a sharp eye on KPIs and partner performance to ensure we’re scaling with impact.

  • Shape the DACH strategy.
    By sharing ontheground insights, you’ll influence everything from product and positioning to our gotomarket approach. You’ll use data and partner feedback to refine our channel playbooks and create a local partner scorecard that drives smarter, faster decisions.
