Paid Ads Manager – Drive Performance, Fuel Growth

Are you a data-driven marketer with a passion for paid media? At Expana, we’re looking for a Paid Ads Manager to take the lead on our performance marketing strategy — managing, optimising, and scaling paid campaigns that deliver measurable pipeline and revenue results.
Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, you’ll run campaigns across search and paid social, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and use data to fine-tune everything for maximum impact. What You’ll Be Doing
  • Plan & Launch Campaigns That Convert
  • Design and manage paid ad campaigns across search, paid social, and other channels
  • Write compelling ad copy that gets attention and drives action
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to bring campaigns to life
  • Ensure campaign messaging aligns with product positioning and brand voice

  • Optimise for Impact
  • Monitor performance daily and adjust strategy based on real-time results
  • Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve ROI
  • Stay ahead of digital ad trends and test new formats and platforms
  • Track key metrics like CAC, ROAS, and pipeline contribution, and present insights regularly

  • Own Budgets & Partnerships
  • Manage spend across platforms to maximise performance within budget
  • Work closely with external agencies to ensure consistent, effective campaign delivery
  • Identify new opportunities for growth and share recommendations backed by data

  • What You’ll Bring
  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience running paid media campaigns (B2B preferred)
  • Deep knowledge of Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
  • Strong copywriting skills and an eye for creative that converts
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM/marketing tools is a plus
  • Analytical mindset — you know your way around data and use it to guide decisions
  • Background in DaaS preferably but we will consider SaaS or technology industries
  • Familiarity with ROAS, CAC, and other key demand generation metrics
  • Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and tight deadlines
  • Proactive, collaborative, and always looking to test and learn
