We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager, Competitive Intelligence to champion understanding and responding to our evolving competitive landscape. This strategic role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of research, strategy, and sales collaboration—delivering deep insights and equipping clientfacing teams with the knowledge and tools to win in the market.
You’ll work closely with product, marketing, sales, customer success, and executive stakeholders to provide timely, relevant, and actionable competitive intelligence. You’ll be a key partner to customerfacing teams, building strong relationships and creating highimpact enablement resources that help them position Juniper Square more effectively.
This role will report to the Head of Product Marketing and will be closely aligned with our customer facing team leaders and product managers.
Own the competitive intelligence program for Juniper Square across all key products, services, and verticals across the globe.
Continuously monitor competitor activity, market movements, and customer feedback to uncover and communicate strategic insights.
Develop and maintain a robust library of competitive battlecards, positioning guides, objectionhandling tools, and winloss analysis.
Partner with sales, solutions, and customer success teams to gather frontline insights and ensure competitive content meets their needs.
Deliver briefings that prepare customerfacing teams to differentiate Juniper Square in competitive deals.
Work closely with product and marketing teams to ensure insights inform roadmap direction, messaging, and gotomarket strategies.
Track and analyze trends in the private markets software and services industries.
Contribute to product launches, strategic initiatives, and analystinfluencer engagements by representing the voice of the competitive landscape.
5–8+ years in product marketing, competitive intelligence, or similar roles within a B2B SaaS company.
Proven experience building competitive intelligence programs that directly impact gotomarket success.
Strong ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights for internal audiences.
Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and visual—with the ability to adjust for different audiences.
Comfortable speaking with customers, building relationships, and influencing crossfunctional teams, especially customerfacing stakeholders.
Strategic mindset paired with operational excellence—you think big and execute fast.
Selfmotivated, highly organized, and able to thrive in a fastpaced, highgrowth environment.
Bonus: Experience in private markets (e.g., private equity, real estate, or venture capital) or a strong interest in the space.
Compensation for this position includes a base salary and a variety of benefits. The U.S. base salary range for this role is $104,000 $135,000 and the Canadian base salary for this role is $92,000 $115,000. Actual base salaries will be based on candidatespecific factors, including experience, skillset, and location, and local minimum pay requirements as applicable.
