Job Role: Senior Loan Processor Team Leader

Engagement Type: EOR (Employee of Record)

Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM 5 PM, Monday to Friday Philippines Time)

Salary range: 2500AUD 3200 AUD Monthly

Role Overview:

Were seeking an exceptional Senior Loan Processor to join our growing team and take ownership of our applicationtosettlement operations. This isnt just a processing role – youll be building and leading the team that delivers the systematic excellence our clients have come to expect.

Youll be responsible for managing highvolume mortgage applications (up to 40 per month initially) while developing the processes, systems, and team members that will support our ambitious growth targets. Key Responsibilities:

Application Processing Excellence

  • Process and submit preprepared mortgage applications with exceptional attention to detail
  • Collaborate with strategy team to respond promptly to MIRs (More Information Required) from lenders
  • Manage highvolume application workflows with meticulous followup and tracking
  • Coordinate with clients, lenders, solicitors, and various third parties
  • Liaise with conveyancers and manage discharge processes with outgoing lenders
    • Process Innovation & System Development

      • Execute and continuously improve superior processing procedures beyond industry standards
      • Utilize comprehensive template databases and systematic approaches for maximum efficiency
      • Implement folder organization systems and task management frameworks for scalable operations
      • Contribute to proprietary process optimization working closely with directors
      • Maintain compliancefocused documentation and audit trails for regulatory protection
        • Team Leadership & Knowledge Transfer

          • Build and lead a highperforming loans processing team using proven systematic approaches
          • Recruit, train, and mentor team members to maintain exceptional quality standards
          • Create comprehensive training videos and materials working alongside directors
          • Implement standardized processes that preserve operational excellence during scaling
          • Establish knowledge transfer protocols to prevent operational disruption during team changes
            • Client Experience & Communication Excellence

              • Deliver proactive communication that exceeds client expectations and supports our Expect More brand
              • Provide plain English explanations and regular updates throughout the loan process
              • Anticipate client needs and potential issues before they become problems

                  • Design and implement efficient processing systems using Broker Engine and Apply Online platforms
                  • Maintain meticulous compliance documentation and audit trails for regulatory protection
                  • Identify operational bottlenecks and engineer solutions for continuous improvement Create systematic workflows that support scaling from current volume to 100+ applications monthly
                  • Build risk mitigation frameworks that prevent delays, errors, and client relationship damage

                      • Collaborate with directors on operational planning and capacity management
                      • Contribute to business development through exceptional client experience delivery
                      • Support integration of new partnership arrangements and service offerings
                      • Monitor and maintain accurate data in Broker Engine for comprehensive business reporting

                          • 5+ years mortgage processing experience with demonstrated endtoend application management
                          • Proven team leadership experience with ability to train and develop others
                          • Deep understanding of Australian lending criteria across multiple lender panels
                          • Advanced proficiency with Apply Online and mortgage processing systems
                          • Exceptional written English for client and stakeholder communication
