      The Opportunity

      At Sema4.ai, were building an Enterprise AI Agent platform that reinvents how knowledge work happens—how people and AI agents collaborate to get work done better and faster. Youll be the handson leader responsible for building the core of our product: the Agent.

      Were hiring a Technical Lead who is deeply technical and can architect cuttingedge AI systems while remaining handson with implementation. Youll guide the technical direction of our platform while mentoring senior engineers and driving engineering excellence across the team.

      Who You Are

      Sema4.ai is seeking a dynamic and AI Agent astute Sales Engineer to join our growing team. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving the adoption of our cuttingedge AI agent platform. You will partner with our sales team to provide technical expertise, conduct product demonstrations, and develop tailored solutions for prospective clients. You will be the bridge between our technology and our customers, ensuring they understand the power and potential of Sema4.ais AI agents.


      What You’ll Do
      • Technical Consultation: Act as a subject matter expert on Sema4.ais AI agent platform, providing indepth technical guidance to sales teams and clients.
      • Solution Development: Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and design customized AI agent solutions that address their specific needs.
      • Product Demonstrations: Deliver compelling and engaging product demonstrations, showcasing the capabilities and benefits of Sema4.ais platform.
      • Proof of Concept (POC) Development: Develop and manage POCs to validate the effectiveness of our solutions and demonstrate their value to clients.
      • Technical Presentations: Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to key stakeholders, including Clevel executives.
      • Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, integration guides, and best practices.
      • Competitive Analysis: Stay uptodate on industry trends and competitive landscape, providing insights to the sales and product teams.
      • Feedback Loop: Act as a liaison between clients and the product development team, providing valuable feedback to drive product improvements.
      • Integration Support: Assist clients with the integration of Sema4.ais platform with their existing systems.
        • What You Bring
          • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a Sales Engineer or similar technical presales role, preferably in the AI, SaaS, or enterprise software industry.
          • Strong understanding of AI concepts, including natural language processing (NLP), machine learning (ML), and automation.
          • Indepth understanding of the AI Market including: LangChain, LLMs, CrewAI, RAG, latest evolution of AI, Agentic applications,...etc.
          • Experience with API integrations and software development principles.
          • Excellent knowledge of VSCode andor Cursor
          • Strong knowledge of Python and the ability to build and deploy a simple Python App in less than 15 minutes
          • Proven ability to develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations and POCs.
          • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering customercentric solutions.
          • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
          • Strong working knowledge of AWS
          • Experience with conversational AI platforms
          • Understanding of business workflows and automation.
