Job Description
  • As part of our Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for the entire recruiting process for both IT and SAP positions.
  • In close cooperation with the Hiring Managers you will develop appropriate search strategies, identify suitable candidates and contact them by utilizing social and professional networks (LinkedIn, etc.) directly and inspire them with your openminded nature.
  • Coordinating and conducting telephone or virtual interviews as well as interviews in cooperation with the Hiring Managers round off your area of responsibility.
  • In addition, you will be responsible for building and maintaining your own candidate network.
  • Depending on your interests, you will also have the opportunity to take responsibility for and drive forward topics within the scope of Nagarro specific Talent Acquisition projects.
    • Qualifications
      • A successfully completed degree, ideally in business administration, business psychology, or comparable qualification with an HR focus form the basis of your qualification.
      • You ideally already have experience in active sourcing and hiring for positions in the IT environment.
      • You are familiar with all relevant search tools and social media platforms, and ideally you have already worked with SmartRecruiters.
      • You are highly resultoriented, communicative and appreciate working independently, while being a part of a collaborative and supportive team.
      • You possess analytical skills which help you to preselect candidates with a perfect fit.
      • You are also fluent in German (at least C1) and English (at least B1).
