Key responsibilities:

  • Manage transactional deals and strategic renewals with existing clients.
  • Partner with Strategic Account Managers to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Engage with senior executives to demonstrate the value of BetterUp's offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide sales forecasts and reports.

Role Summary

Account Managers will own transactional deals, and strategic renewals while partnering with a Strategic Account Manager to develop additional opportunities within existing accounts. Account Managers will develop relationships with senior executives along with other stakeholders and influencers at BetterUp’s customers. Their role will be responsible for nurturing the existing and new relationships within our Key and Strategic accounts.
