Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is excited to unveil an opportunity for a Danish Speaking Support Center Analyst. This vital role focuses on providing exceptional support to our clients and users, ensuring their inquiries and challenges are addressed promptly and efficiently. As a Support Center Analyst, you will engage with Danishspeaking customers and collaborate closely with internal teams to create a seamless support experience.


Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for Danishspeaking clients, handling inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve various technical and productrelated issues, ensuring high client satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately within the support ticketing system.
  • Assist clients in understanding product features and provide training as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues and continually improve support operations.
  • Monitor ticket statuses and follow up with customers to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Stay informed about new products, updates, and industry trends to enhance service delivery.
    • Requirements

      • Fluency in Danish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
      • Prior experience in a customer support or technical support role is advantageous.
      • Excellent troubleshooting skills and the capability to offer effective solutions to clients.
      • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fastpaced environment.
      • Familiarity with support ticketing systems and CRM software is a plus.
      • Strong commitment to customer service excellence and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
      • A proactive attitude towards learning new technologies and adapting to processes.
