FutureSight is hiring an experienced and visionary Founding CTO for a B2B WealthTech advisor AI copilot. The new venture is revolutionizing how financial advisors process information to deliver proactive, personalized guidance at scale. Targeting small to midsized wealth management firms, our solution enables advisors to deliver better client experiences, boost retention, and accelerate AUM.

Wealth management is approaching a critical inflection point with $70T intergenerational wealth transfer underway and a projected shortage of 100,000+ advisors by 2034. Today’s advisors are overwhelmed by fragmented tools, nonstop headlines, and the pressure to deliver hightouch service across hundreds of clients. Weli acts as a second brain for advisors — surfacing insights, anticipating client needs, and streamlining engagement.

We are aiming to launch in Q3 2025.

Work has already begun in the studio. The idea has been validated through customer interviews, and pilot conversations are in motion.

As Founding CTO, you will:

• Own the technical vision — Lead product architecture and AI strategy, especially in how we leverage LLMs, agentic workflows, and realtime financial data to support advisors
• Build the product — Work with FutureSight’s productengineering pod to launch V1 by August 2025
• Run Pilots — Land lighthouse customers, iterate pricingpositioning, andvalidate retention + expansion
• Ensure compliance & security — Embed SOC2readiness and privacy best practices into technical design
• Scale the tech stack — Design a secure, scalable, and extensible backend architecture ready for multitenant deployment and financial compliance.
• Raise capital — Support the seed round with a strong product narrative and traction
• Build your team — Hire and lead the engineering org as the company grows

      • Previous founding experience — You have cofounded a product company or B2B SaaS venture, have been at a venturebacked company, or have equivalent intrapreneurial experience

      • AI execution — Handson experience bringing LLM and agentic products to production, with a track record of realworld commercialization.
      • Technical leadership — You’ve led and scaled engineering teams, defined AI roadmaps, and aligned tech decisions with business outcomes.
      • GTM instincts — Proven ability to engage customers, translate needs into product, and drive adoption through early sales, business development, and gotomarket execution
      • Fundraising fluency — Able to craft investor narratives and close capital; wellnetworked in fintech and earlystage communities
      • People leadership — Magnet for top talent; coach and culture carrier
      • Bonus: Exposure to WealthTech, Fundraising fluency and experience, or network of communities and investors
