About the role:

As the Associate Project Director, you will be responsible for following through on the business plans priorities aligned across multiple internal departments and working very closely with the Head of Product and the Development Manager to achieve the strategic Product Roadmap. This will also involve working very closely with the Project Director and Departments to prioritise objectively the goals and follow up on the execution to ensure business growth and revenue, scalability, accountability, and excellence in delivery. This role requires a rare blend of technical fluency, business acumen, and executional leadership.

Your Role and Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Collaboration

• Provide strong leadership by setting a strategic direction for Business plans, in alignment with the Project Director and company goals.
• Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, continuous improvement in the business, personal growth, open communication, and teamwork with maximum productivity and effectiveness.
• Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance evaluations with clear goals, and provide constructive feedback to support individual and team success.
• Take ownership of issues and follow problems through to resolution.

• Business Strategy, Execution, and Data Analysis:

  • Responsible for the alignment of Business Goals across multiple internal Departments and working very closely with the Head of Product and the Development Manager to prioritize the Product Roadmap from concept validation to production launch. Lead the endtoend delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze Product and Marketing trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to support business plan decisions and actions.
  • Provide regular updates on the business results, providing strategic recommendations, and follow up on execution plans to increase a positive impact.
  • Define and track the business KPIs, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring ontime and onbudget execution.
  • Translate business and innovation opportunities into structured product roadmaps and Project plans. Utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets.

  • Operational excellence:

    • Ensure transparency by aligning data with business objectives and enabling datadriven decisionmaking across teams and stakeholders.
    • Focus on continuous growth and profitability, while balancing costs and longterm sustainability for the Business needs.
    • Keep accurate records of strategic and operational decisions and actions, upon crossfunctional Departments and teams agreements.

    • Requirements

      • 7+ years of experience in project or program management in a software or techdriven environment.
      • 3+ years of experience specifically Leading subscription Business models.
      • Proven track record of managing complex, crossfunctional software projects from inception to launch.
      • Skilled in crossfunctional leadership, stakeholder alignment, and team communication.
      • Strong organization and project coordination across multiple departments and teams.
      • You speak the language of data: retention curves, LTV models, churn, CAC, ratios, funnels, etc.
      • Able to translate business strategy into actionable product, marketing, and development actions.
      • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Spanish.
      • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA or technical MSc is a plus.

      • Preferred Qualifications

        • Previous experience in a scaleup or fastpaced business development environment.
        • Experience working with offshoreremote teams and multicultural environments.
