As we continue to expand in the APAC region, we are looking for a Sales Development Manager to drive pipeline growth, lead generation, and outbound prospecting efforts, ensuring our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) are successful in generating demand for Sinch’s enterprise solutions.
The Sales Development Manager will lead and develop a team of both inbound and outbound Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), driving pipeline for the Sales team. This role is responsible for optimizing SDR processes, ensuring high lead conversion rates, and executing demand generation strategies to accelerate pipeline growth. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to refine lead qualification criteria, enhance outreach strategies, and improve sales engagement metrics. The ideal candidate is a datadriven leader with a passion for coaching, process improvement, and demand generation in a highgrowth B2B SaaSCPaaS environment.
