Job description

Role: Web Developer(HTML,CSS)
Position Type: FullTime Contract (40hrsweek)
Contract Duration: 6 Months+ (Possibility of Extention)
Work Schedule: 8 hoursday (MonFri)
Location: 100% Remote (Candidates can work from anywhere in India)
Key Job Functions:

Write code that is of high quality, consistent with our coding standards, maintainable and follows best practices.

Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and drive technical improvements.

Collaborate with UIUX designers and others in the Technology team to bring concepts to life with responsive and userfriendly interfaces.

Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing web applications.

Stay up to date with emerging web technologies and trends.

Participate in scoping and planning of special projects.

Take features from the design stage through production.

Proactively share trends and forecasts of new and interesting technology.

Develop, maintain, and optimize existing features, as well as ability to prototype and implement new features.

Build efficient, reusable systems.

Completes tasks within committed deadlines; identifies and escalates any issues that arise.

Participate in continuous education programs to grow your skills both technically and in the clients business domain.

Requirements:

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing.

4+ years of experience in web development, maintaining & scaling design systems

Experience developing web applications for a variety of devices (desktop, tablet, phone).

Strong understanding of frontend development principles and componentdriven architecture.

An advanced understanding of JavaScript

Thorough understanding of HTML, CSS & SASS and modern frontend frameworks (e.g., Vue.js).

Experience developing applications running in a Node.js + Express container.

Experience building pixelperfect, robust, performant and accessible user interfaces on the web.

Proficiencies are Storybook & Figma.

Ability to debug, optimize, and troubleshoot design system components.

Nice to have:

Experience with content management systems (CMS) and version control systems.

Experience with analytics and testing solutions (e.g. Omniture, Test & Target).
