The role:
As a Sr Website Developer & Administrator you will be a member of the Business Systems & Operations team, and will be responsible for enabling our America’s website properties. You are a techsavvy contributor, translating internal customer requirements (from B2B Marketing, B2C Marketing, Support, UX, Product Management) into interactive website assets.

What you will do:
  • Developing, Configuring & Maintaining: of our customized pages, plugins and templates. Staying up to date with Webflow technologies and best practices.
  • Integrating: integration of ancillary websites, analytics platforms, and content management systems.
  • Optimizing Support the optimization of website performance and conversion, including the support design and deployment of AB tests.
  • Release & Version Control: Management and version control of major releases or enhancements, including pre and postproduction quality assurance.
  • Monitoring of key metrics and rectifying issues proactively.

  • Who you are:
  • Passion for customer experience and delivering world class experiences through technology and design.
  • Strong written and verbal English skills.
  • Excellent collaborator, managing competing demands across functional boundaries.
  • Website development experience (strong working knowledge of HTM, CSS, and Javascript). Familiar with UI layoutsCSS GRID system and debugging using popular JavaScriptbased tools.
  • Experience working with Webflow, Figma and Google Analytics.
  • Experience with MixPanel, Zapier and Salesforce Knowledge would be considered an asset.
