The role: As a Sr Website Developer & Administrator you will be a member of the Business Systems & Operations team, and will be responsible for enabling our America’s website properties. You are a techsavvy contributor, translating internal customer requirements (from B2B Marketing, B2C Marketing, Support, UX, Product Management) into interactive website assets.

What you will do: Developing, Configuring & Maintaining: of our customized pages, plugins and templates. Staying up to date with Webflow technologies and best practices.
Integrating: integration of ancillary websites, analytics platforms, and content management systems.
Optimizing Support the optimization of website performance and conversion, including the support design and deployment of AB tests.
Release & Version Control: Management and version control of major releases or enhancements, including pre and postproduction quality assurance.
Monitoring of key metrics and rectifying issues proactively.

Who you are:
Passion for customer experience and delivering world class experiences through technology and design.
Strong written and verbal English skills.
Excellent collaborator, managing competing demands across functional boundaries.
Website development experience (strong working knowledge of HTM, CSS, and Javascript). Familiar with UI layoutsCSS GRID system and debugging using popular JavaScriptbased tools.
Experience working with Webflow, Figma and Google Analytics.
Experience with MixPanel, Zapier and Salesforce Knowledge would be considered an asset.
