Reporting to the Senior Director of Demand Generation and Marketing Operations, we are seeking an organized Marketing Campaign Specialist to manage clientprospect events, execute multichannel marketing campaigns, and ensure seamless delivery of marketing initiatives. This role combines event coordination, field marketing, and campaign execution with strong project management using JIRA.

What you will be doing:
Event & Field Marketing
Plan and execute clientprospect entertainment events (workshops, happy hours, networking activities)
Coordinate trade shows and field marketing events from logistics to followup
Support sales team with prospect engagement and relationshipbuilding events
Track event ROI and provide postevent analysis
Campaign Execution
Execute multichannel demand generation campaigns under strategic direction
Set up and manage email campaigns and nurture sequences in HubSpot
Coordinate campaign assets and creative elements with internal teams
Monitor campaign performance and provide optimization recommendationsManage campaign timelines in JIRA and ensure timely delivery
Marketing Operations & Project Management
Support lead management processes and coordinate with ADRs on eventgenerated leads
Maintain campaign tracking and reporting in HubSpot and Salesforce
Manage multiple concurrent projects with strong attention to detail
Coordinate crossfunctional teams and communicate project status via JIRA
What we need from you:
24 years of B2B marketing experience
Strong project management skills with JIRA experience
Event planning and coordination experience
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
Strong communication skills and detailoriented execution
Willingness to travel occasionally for events
HubSpot experience with email campaign setup and nurture sequences
Salesforce familiarity and lead management processes
Field marketing and client entertainment event experience
Understanding of B2B sales processes and campaign ROI measurement
