Description

Job Title: Compensation and Benefits Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent in a fast-paced tech environment. You will work closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, and leadership to ensure our total rewards strategy aligns with business goals and market trends.

Location: US- East cost
Reports To: CHRO
Key Responsibilities
  • Compensation Strategy & Analysis 
    • Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure competitive compensation packages.
    • Support the development and administration of salary structures, incentive plans, and equity programs.
    • Partner with HR and business leaders on compensation planning, promotions, and job evaluations.
    • Build salary bands for our global teams
    • Manage budgets for comp cycles
  • Data & Reporting 
    • Maintain accurate compensation and benefits data in HRIS systems.
    • Generate reports and insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
    • Monitor trends and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Compliance & Governance 
    • Support audits and reporting requirements related to compensation and benefits.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in compensation and/or benefits, preferably in a tech or high-growth environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; experience with HRIS and compensation tools is a plus.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations (e.g., FLSA, ERISA, ACA).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.
