Business Unit: Parks & Open Space

Title: Team Leader, Infrastructure Maintenance, Permanent - Full-time Role, 38 hours per week

Salary Range: $72148.35 to $83848.38 per annum + super (subject to skills and experience)

Our opportunity:

This is a great opportunity to join an exciting team in the Parks infrastructure Maintenance team.

The key focus areas of this role include: 

1)    Lead and motivate a small team to complete reactive and planned maintenance tasks.

2)    Manage the team’s responsibilities for WHS and administrative components of any works undertaken.

3)    Prioritise workloads, organise materials & equipment. Work with other teams and contractors where required.

 

We undertake maintenance on assets in parks such as rockpools, board walks, bush tracks, reserves, sports fields, beach access, playgrounds, park furniture and many more this provides a large variety of tasks.

About you:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven person to Lead one of our high performing Parks Infrastructure Maintenance Teams.

A person with a background in landscape construction, building or other trades relevant to the open space Infrastructure Maintenance listed above
