As our Growth Manager, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth across our customer segments. You’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, product, sales, and customer success teams to design and execute data-driven growth strategies. This is a high-impact role with significant visibility and opportunity for advancement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies to drive qualified leads and conversions.
Own and optimize the customer acquisition funnel, from awareness to activation.
Collaborate with product and engineering to implement growth experiments and improve onboarding flows.
Analyze user behavior and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities.
Manage paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) and SEO initiatives.
Build and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and report on growth metrics.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform positioning and messaging.
Partner with sales to align lead generation efforts with pipeline goals.
Test and iterate on pricing, packaging, and promotional strategies.
Qualifications
3–6 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or product-led growth, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, HubSpot, and SQL.
Experience running A/B tests and growth experiments.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Familiarity with the foodservice industry is a plus but not required.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action and experimentation.
