Who Does WeInspect Serve?

We serve individuals and families who are struggling with chronic health issues they suspect are tied to their home environment. Many of our clients are referred by doctors or functional medicine professionals, and they are often navigating complex illnesses such as mold-related illness, Lyme disease, or chronic fatigue. They are seeking answers, clarity, and a partner they can trust to guide them through the journey of making their home a safe place to heal.

The Role: Director of Operations

WeInspect is entering its next stage of growth, and we’re looking for a mission-driven Director of Operations to lead and scale our fulfillment engine. You will oversee the full post-sale journey and the divisions responsible for everything from scheduling inspections and managing field teams to delivering accurate, timely, and clear reports that guide healing for our clients.

This role isn’t just about process, it’s about people, precision, and purpose. You’ll manage and develop our internal operations team, optimize systems for scale, and create an experience that reinforces trust at every step of the client journey. You’ll collaborate with our sales, marketing & technology teams to drive a superior service and end result for our clients.

Role Outcome

This role ensures that WeInspect’s fulfillment pipeline (inspection > reporting) runs smoothly, accurately while delivering fast, high-integrity results and an exceptional customer and partner experience at scale. You will create operational systems, lead a high-performing team, and ensure that our promise to our clients is consistently met and exceeded. Our 2026 goal is to conduct 200+ inspections per market we represent.

Responsibilities
Patient & Partner Experience
  • Ensure every post-sale interaction—from scheduling to report delivery—feels clear, professional, and supportive.

  • Build processes that inspire confidence and trust in both patients and healthcare providers (our partners).

Inspection Fulfillment Oversight
  • Own and manage the full fulfillment cycle: scheduling, inspector coordination, sample processing, report delivery, and consultant handoffs.

  • Monitor and reduce turnaround times without compromising accuracy or customer care.

  • Step in hands-on when needed to maintain quality and responsiveness.

Operational Systems & Excellence
  • Create and maintain scalable operational systems and SOPs.

  • Contribute to quarterly OKR planning and run performance reviews across your direct reports.

  • Build workflows that optimize speed, accuracy, and internal clarity.

  • Define, track, and analyze KPIs like cycle time, QA pass rate, satisfaction scores, and inspector utilization.

Team & Culture Leadership
  • Directly manage 3-5 team members, including managers and operational specialists.

  • Refine and continuously improve role-specific onboarding, training, and performance processes.

Capacity Planning & Growth
  • Forecast future inspection volume and align staffing and systems to match.

  • Implement processes that are resilient, adaptable, and scalable across regions and partnerships.

  • Assist in budgeting for your departments and special projects to support sustainable growth.

Role Qualifications
  • 7–10 years in operations leadership, ideally within health services, environmental testing, diagnostics, or high-touch service industries.

  • Proven experience building and scaling operations or fulfillment teams in fast-moving organizations.

  • Deep understanding of how to measure and manage operational performance.

  • Strong people leadership experience with remote or distributed teams.

  • Excellent communication, planning, and execution skills.

  • Familiarity with tools like Notion, Airtable, and dashboard/KPI reporting platforms is a plus.

  • Bonus: Experience in environmental health, lab coordination, or clinical operations.

Compensation

This is a full-time leadership role with competitive salary and benefits, commensurate with experience.
