Job description

Summary

We’re looking for a strategic, technically fluent Product Manager to define and execute the roadmap for Innatera’s neuromorphic AI chip platforms. This is a core role at the intersection of cutting-edge hardware innovation, AI systems design, and real-world edge deployment. You’ll work closely with internal architecture, research, and engineering teams to turn next-gen compute capabilities into compelling, commercially viable products, shaping how edge devices perceive and understand the world.

This role is ideal for someone who combines system-level thinking, hardware/software product experience, and a passion for pushing the boundaries of edge AI.

We will trust you with:
  • End-to-end ownership of the product roadmap for Innatera’s neuromorphic processor platforms;

  • Definition of product vision, translating architectural innovation into real-world, system-level use cases;

  • Alignment of product direction with chip architecture, software stack (SDK/EDK), and customer requirements;

  • Deep engagement with technical customers to gather feedback, define product specs, and validate positioning;

  • Development of business cases and prioritization frameworks to guide cross-functional decision-making;

  • Lifecycle management from concept to go-to-market, in collaboration with R&D, software, and commercial teams;

  • Support for technical positioning, competitive differentiation, and launch strategy in key verticals;

  • Creation of scalable feedback loops to guide continuous product and roadmap iteration.

Your experience includes:
  • 8+ years in product management, ideally in AI chips, semiconductors, embedded systems, or deep-tech hardware;

  • Proven experience owning the full product lifecycle in a hardware-software integrated environment;

  • Strong understanding of AI/ML systems, particularly inference at the edge, NPU architectures, or sensor-based computing;

  • Comfort with both strategic thinking and technical deep-dives, with the ability to synthesize complex input into clear direction;

  • Experience working with chip architects, research teams, and engineering to align product scope with roadmap feasibility.

Nice to have:

  • Background in neuromorphic computing, microcontrollers, or low-power SoC design;

  • Familiarity with on-device learning, sparse computing, or event-based sensing;

  • Experience in verticals like automotive ADAS, industrial monitoring, wearables, or IoT edge nodes;

  • Ability to drive roadmap adoption through early customer engagement and technical storytelling;

  • Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, etc.

What you need to succeed:
  • Strong communication skills, you should be able to translate deep-tech into business value;

  • A systems-level mindset with the ability to connect architecture, UX, and commercial viability;

  • Problem-solving instincts and comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments;

  • You’re proactive, curious, and ready to own your domain;

  • Passion for redefining what’s possible in edge AI hardware.

We offer you:
