Role Brief:

As an Associate Product Manager, you will be responsible for delivering impactful product features by collaborating with tech, design, and business teams. This role demands a strong technical foundation in product management, coupled with a keen interest in leveraging AI technologies to solve realworld problems.

You are expected to understand system interdependencies, deconstruct complex challenges into actionable steps, and oversee execution from concept to delivery. A key aspect of this role involves continuously exploring how AI can enhance user experiences and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Execution: Collaborate with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to take product features from idea to launch.

System & Process Mapping: Understand and document how different systems interact, identifying dependencies and edge cases.

Requirement Gathering & Documentation: Translate user problems and business requirements into clear, actionable specifications tailored for different audiences (e.g., tech teams, leadership, marketing). Extract and use data to support your requirements.

Technical Feasibility Assessment: Work with engineering teams to ensure solutions are practical, efficient, and align with tech constraints.

AI Integration: Work with technical teams to explore and incorporate AIML features into product offerings, ensuring solutions are practical and usercentric.

Communication & Stakeholder Management: Maintain transparent, structured communication with crossfunctional teams to drive alignment and progress.

Continuous Improvement: Analyse product performance, gather feedback, and iterate to improve features and processes.
