This role will focus on driving new logos/ARR across public safety agencies and providing AI-Enhance GTM Acceleration to expand our SaaS sales of drone detection and response solutions within the current customer base across North America.
Responsibilities:
Program Leadership: Serve as the single point of ownership. You will manage the project from inception through execution, ensuring all milestones are met on time.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the key liaison between sales, product management, marketing, and sales operations to ensure all teams are aligned and the sales force has the collateral and support needed to succeed.
Performance Management: Manage and operationalize the "SaaS Performance Dashboard" in Salesforce. You will be responsible for tracking all KPIs, reporting progress to executive leadership, and using data to identify performance trends and areas for improvement.
Strategic Execution: Drive the engagement strategy for our top high-value target accounts. You will work with ASMs to ensure they are executing tailored engagement blueprints and building multi-product solution proposals.
Work with the customer using the necessary sales tools to develop a robust strategy in order to become a trusted adviser to the customer and partners
Grow and expand Motorola Solutions’ market presence across our command central software portfolio.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of software sales experience OR 5+ years of software sales experience OR public safety sales experience
Demonstrated experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques
Ability to explain complicated concepts to a variety of audiences and skill levels
Strong problem solving skills, ability to analyze complex multivariate problems and use a systematic approach to gain swift resolution
Accurately forecast, maintaining excellent SFDC hygiene
Ability to estimate and manage tasks and deliverables to budget and project milestones
Target Base Salary Range: $67,100 - $134,700 USD
