About the RACGP
The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) is the voice of general practitioners (GPs) in our growing cities and throughout rural and remote Australia. For more than 60 years, we’ve supported the backbone of Australia’s health system by setting the standards for education and practice and advocating for better health and wellbeing for all Australians.
We foster the future of general practice through our profession-led, community-based training model for the Australian General Practice Training Program and other training pathways. We train GPs to deliver quality, whole-person care to patients across Australia, support their ongoing professional development and provide a point of connection for GPs serving communities in every corner of the country.
We’re committed to diversity and social inclusion and encourage applications from people who identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander, people with disability and people from culturally diverse backgrounds. If you require any support or adjustments to participate in any stage of our recruitment process, please let us know in your application.
