How you’ll be impactful:

We are seeking a highly analytical and technically proficient Sr. Manager of Organic Growth to lead our comprehensive strategy and team. This strategic leadership role will drive the execution of data-informed initiatives across SEO, ASO, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and content production to expand our user base and maximize marketing efficiency.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop, own, and execute a comprehensive organic growth strategy aligned with user acquisition KPIs.
  • Identify and translate market opportunities into actionable growth initiatives.
  • Design and implement AI-based organic growth strategies, with a focus on GEO to optimize for AI-powered search engines.
  • Lead and grow a team of specialists in organic growth and marketing operations. Foster a culture of experimentation, performance tracking, and continuous optimization.
  • Deep understanding of user acquisition strategies and campaign optimization.
  • Oversee all technical aspects of SEO: audits, site architecture, indexation, and performance-based link acquisition.
  • Use advanced SEO tools to conduct in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and diagnostics to improve search rankings.
  • Define and manage the production pipeline for content (images, videos, front-end), supporting both user acquisition and retention goals.
  • Ensure all creative assets are conversion-optimized through ongoing performance analysis.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for organic growth, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Paid Marketing teams to drive unified growth strategies.

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • 5+ years in progressive SEO or organic growth roles, with a proven track record of driving growth for international brands.
  • Deep knowledge of SEO fundamentals: crawling, indexing, ranking factors, schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and programmatic SEO.
  • Proficiency in enterprise SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.), including organic attribution modeling
  • Demonstrated experience with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) or equivalent AI-driven content optimization strategies.
  • Solid understanding of ASO for iOS and Android, including app store experimentation tools and best practices.
  • Proven leadership experience managing and scaling high-performance teams.
  • Strong operational understanding of content and creative production processes.
  • High proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, or similar).
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing Science, or Economics). Master’s degree preferred.
