Digital Marketing Director - Virtual Asset Trading Platform Role

Company

  • Our client is a Hong Kong company applying to the virtual asset trading platform SFC type 1 and 7 license. They are a well backed company with strong commitment and product innovation in the digital asset industry.

Key responsibilities

  • Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Designs, builds, and maintains a social media presence (Telegram, Twitter, Instagram etc)
  • Understand deeply and document crypto user / trader personas to build compelling user journeys through social media channels
  • Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identifies virtual asset trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
  • Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.
  • Collaborates with internal colleagues (technology, product, business teams) to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

Requirements

  • Candidate must be located in Hong Kong
  • Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese and English. Proficient in mandarin
  • 7+ combined years of integrated communications (PR, content, social - from
  • creation to distribution), marketing experience
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Strong understanding of virtual asset product and customer behaviour and prior experience is a plus
  • Nimble and agile team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where direction and goals can pivot quickly to meet business objectives
  • A self-starter that is willing to get your hands dirty, and thrives in a collaborative environment
  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related field
