Pie Insurance is seeking a dynamic Strategic Account Manager to oversee three of our premier payroll distribution partners. This high-impact role is critical to driving growth and deepening relationships with partners that generate significant business volume. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex partnerships, working closely with senior leadership, and executing both high-level strategy and detailed account management. They should be comfortable navigating executive conversations while also diving into account-level transactions to optimize performance. This role requires deep expertise in pay-as-you-go Workers Compensation solutions, business development and a strong understanding of the competitive Workers Compensation landscape. This role will be responsible for identifying new growth opportunities, ensuring a positive partner experience and enhancing Pie’s position in the partners carrier panel.

This is an incentive pay based position and as such, there is no guaranteed commission amount. The on-target earnings (OTE) for this role are approximately $190,000/year and are based on successfully meeting performance expectations.
