The Company :

Missions :

You will be the first point of contact for customers on a variety of topics: order management, delivery tracking, level 1 technical assistance, etc. You will contribute to service quality and user satisfaction through efficient handling of incoming requests.

  • Provide fast, clear, and empathetic responses

  • Escalate complex issues to internal teams (level 2)

Profile:

  • Fluent English is mandatory (written/spoken)

  • Professional French (written/spoken) is a plus

  • Excellent written communication and ease with digital tools

  • Rigorous, autonomous, and customer service-oriented

  • Experience in e-commerce or SaaS customer support is appreciated


Working hours: Monday to Friday (weekends optional based on your preference)
9-18h MG et 15-00h . Working hours may evolve depending on client needs, but the total weekly hours remain fixed at 40 hours/week.
