Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned leader to support and drive cross-functional AI silicon development teams. This role spans logic design, verification, integration, and physical design, contributing and supporting the development of IPs, sub-systems, and SoCs. The ideal candidate will be passionate about engineering excellence, team development, and delivering high-quality silicon solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Cross-functional Leadership & Management:
=Support SoC engineering design teams across multiple silicon design domains.
Track and report development schedule, plans, progress and issues.
Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high productivity.
Design Oversight & Quality Assurance:
Conduct design reviews to ensure alignment with performance and power targets, in addition to SoC guidelines.
Review design health metrics and highlight potential issues. Work with the appropriate leader to fix and follow-up on the proper design changes.
Oversee verification test plan and results to ensure proper planning and progress.
Review physical design progress and results, especially on the timing side.
Drive corrective actions and ensure adherence to silicon quality standards.
Interact with third party IP providers to ensure their IP deliveries match our standard and schedules.
Process Improvement:
Continuously enhance silicon development processes and architecture definitions.
Collaborate across IP and SoC teams to ensure cohesive and efficient design execution.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and strategic execution
Minimum Qualifications
BS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or related field
8+ years of experience in leading silicon design teams across multiple functional areas.
Strong understanding of silicon development lifecycle and quality standards.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US:
$204,500.00-$288,710.00Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience.
Work Model for this Role
This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need. However, you must live and work from the country specified in the job posting, in which Intel has a legal presence.
