  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
  • Work collaboratively with product and engineering teams to tackle complex issues as needed.
  • Follow up with customers to guarantee total satisfaction with the solutions provided.
  • Stay updated on product developments and industry changes to improve support services.
    • Requirements

      • Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
      • Prior experience in technical support or customer service is highly desirable.
      • Strong technical skills and troubleshooting expertise.
      • Exceptional attention to detail and problemsolving abilities.
      • Strong verbal and written communication skills, emphasizing customer care.
      • Experience with CRM systems and remote support tools is advantageous.
      • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
