Job Description:
We’re looking for a highly experienced and strategic Principal Product Manager to lead the development of AI-powered solutions that cut across multiple claims and operations verticals. In this role, you will work horizontally across the organization to identify, prioritize, and deliver high-impact AI use cases, acting as a key driver of our AI transformation strategy.
You will partner closely with domain-specific product managers, engineering, data science, and business leaders to ensure we are applying AI in ways that create measurable value — whether through automation, decision support, or new intelligent workflows. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on execution, influence, and impact, with visibility at the highest levels of the company.
Responsibilities:
· Own and drive cross-functional AI product initiatives from idea through execution across multiple Claims domains (e.g., injury, physical damage, subrogation, fraud).
· Translate high-level strategic goals into clear, actionable product requirements and roadmaps for AI solutions.
· Identify AI agent and automation opportunities that benefit from horizontal scale, working across teams to prioritize and build.
· Serve as the connective tissue between platform AI capabilities and applied vertical use cases.
· Define and measure success criteria, including adoption, impact, and model performance.
· Collaborate with engineering and ML teams to shape implementation approaches, including model orchestration, RAG pipelines, and agentic workflows.
· Champion AI product best practices and help raise the bar for AI fluency across product and business teams.
Basic Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree
· Minimum 10+ years of experience in Product Management, building complex software and technology products at scale
· Proven success in developing consumer-facing web and mobile applications with a strong customer focus and ownership mindset
· Demonstrated ability to manage product lifecycle from concept to delivery and scaling
· Experience leveraging quantitative and qualitative data to inform design decisions and drive change
Preferred Qualifications:
· MBA or equivalent experience
· 10+ years of product management experience, with significant time spent on AI/ML, automation, or platform products.
· Deep understanding of how to apply LLMs, agents, and intelligent systems in real-world business workflows.
· Demonstrated ability to lead large, cross-functional initiatives.
· Strong business acumen and the ability to connect AI capabilities to tangible business value.
· Excellent communication and influence skills, comfortable working with senior stakeholders across business and tech
Annual Salary
$146,575.00 - $229,600.00The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
